I. Content of Service

LetWechat provides specific services according to the actual situation, such as servicing the advertiser in releasing, presenting and promoting information, and providing the acceptance of advertising orders and mutual promotion service for WeMedia. LetWechat reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate some network services. LetWechat reserves the right to adjust the service types and forms provided on the LetWechat platform according to the actual situation. LetWechat does not bear any responsibility for the user’s losses resulted from the business adjustment.

II. Platform Service Charge

You should pay the service charge to LetWechat for promotional activities on the LetWechat platform. The platform service charge varies according to different WeMedia who execute the task, and floats upward a certain proportion based on the task price given by the WeMedia (The specific proportion is confirmed based on the WeMedia’s conditions.). Platform service charge will be directly deducted from the frozen amount of the advertiser after the approval of task contents.

The entire user’s recharge and consumption behaviors on the LetWechat platform are deemed as voluntary; once such behaviors occur, the refund is not allowed without justified reasons.

On the premise of just reasons, it needs to fill in the application for refund, and send the data to your customer service executive according to the requirements in the application. When refunding, it sticks to the principle to refund in the same way that the payment adopts, i.e. refunding to the Alipay or bank account, and takes the handling charge of 5%. If a refund application occurs, your account will be sealed and the relevant enterprise or individual would no longer use LetWechat system for promotion. Please apply for it cautiously. It will deal with the refund application on the first day of each month, which lasts ten working days. If it has been invoiced, the invoice must be sent back, and then the refund application will be dealt with since the next month of receipt of invoice.

III. Content for Use:

We encourage users to take full advantage of LetWechat platform for information release and promotion freely and actively. You can freely post or publish copy pictures and information from other websites, while the content must be within the public domain, or you have the right to use such content. Users undertake full responsibilities for the contents uploaded, posted, or transferred through the LetWechat platform. Without the permission from the copyright owner, users can’t post any copyrighted content on the LetWechat platform. Otherwise, all legal liability resulted shall be borne by the user themselves.
For any content that users uploaded to LetWechat website through the LetWechat platform, users grant LetWechat the permission and re-permission rights which are free, permanent, irrevocable, nonexclusive, to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works based thereon, propagate, perform and display such content (partly or entirely), and/or edit such content into any other works, media or technology currently known or developed later on. Any other users or websites who want to repost the work must obtain original author’s authorization. The copyright of information which is made, released and propagated by LetWechat belongs to LetWechat. Without the written permission from LetWechat, any user or the third party cannot copy, modify, or repost the content, or use it for any commercial purpose.

IV. Intellectual Property

The website (including website page, products, technology, procedures, design pattern and other patterns, names of products and services) belongs to Beijing Younle Technology Co., Ltd. LetWechat is the registered trademark of Beijing Younle Technology Co., Ltd. No one is allowed to use, copy it or use it for other purposes without the written permission from LetWechat. We have complete intellectual property rights on the proprietary content, original content and other authorized monopoly or exclusive content. Without our permission, any unit or individual shall not copy, propagate, display, mirror, upload, download, use it, or engage in any other activities of infringement of our intellectual property rights. Otherwise, we will investigate their relevant legal responsibility.

V. Registration Information

LetWechat provides the absolute right of control of user’s personal registration information; users can view or change personal information through the function “edit personal information”. Users register their personal information voluntarily; all registered information are provided by users on voluntary, and users have right to refuse to provide such information at any time. When applying for LetWechat service, users must provide the real personal information, and constantly update registration information. If there are any problems and consequences caused by users’ false registration information, LetWechat does not undertake any responsibility. On the LetWechat platform, all user passwords are encrypted and stored strictly by the server. Because the encryption process is irreversible, so except the user himself, no one can get the user's password, including administrators and technicians from LetWechat. But the following situations are exclusive:
• Your password is too simple, stolen and abused by others;
• Due to negligence, the password is stolen by others, or you share it with others.

VI. Privacy Protection

We pay great attention to your privacy, as protecting user’s privacy is the principle that LetWechat always sticks. LetWechat adopts strict management and protection measures on the information provided by you. Through the technology method, providing the function of privacy protection, and strengthening inner management, LetWechat fully protects user’s personal information security. LetWechat guarantees that the user’s personal registration information and the non-public content stored by users during using the service are not open for public or provided to the third party, except the following conditions:
• Obtain your express authorization in advance;
• Comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations;
• Comply with the requirements of the relevant judicial organs or government competent departments;
• It provides products and service that you need only according to your information.
• Because of the negligence of the user, the account and password are used illegally by others;
• Because you tell the password to others or share it with others, the personal information is revealed. When users visit LetWechat, we may save user’s logging status and distribute one or multi “cookies” (A small text file) for users, for example: When the member visits the information or service only provided to login members, we will save this member’s login information in the member computer’s cookie file, which would not include any sensitive information like user’s password, so even others can use this member’s computer, they could not get user’s password and other sensitive information. Members do not need to do any extra work; all of the collection and preservation are performed by the system automatically. Cookie files will be permanently stored in your computer hard disk unless you delete it manually through the explorer or operating system software. You also can choose the options of “Do not use cookie” or” Notice me before using cookie” to forbid generating cookie, but you would not use LetWechat inquiry and service functions because of this choice. LetWechat chooses reputable third party company or website as our partners to provide information and services for users. Although we only choose reputable company or website as our partners, each partner will have various privacy protection policies which are different from LetWechat. Once you click and enter into the partner’s website, LetWechat privacy protection principle will be invalid. We suggest you view the partner’s privacy terms, and understand about its provisions on collecting, using and revealing your personal information.

VII. Application Standard

As the Internet is an open platform, users upload personal data, like photos, etc. to the Internet, they may be copied, reposted, distorted, or used for other illegal purposes by other organization or individual; the user must realize the existence of such risks adequately. Users explicitly agree to bear alone existed risks caused by using LetWechat service. All results caused by using LetWechat service also are borne by users alone, and we don't take any responsibility for the user. We do not guarantee that the service will be able to meet the requirements of users, also do not guarantee that the service will not interrupt, and do not guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of service. LetWechat does not undertake any responsibility for the network service interruption or other defects due to force majeure or the reasons out of our control. We do not undertake any responsibility for the deletion or storage failure of the user's release information. We have the right to determine whether the user's behavior conforms to the provisions of the use agreement about this website. If we think that the user has violated the terms of the use agreement, we have the right to cease to provide website service.

IX. Service Change, Interruption or Termination

If it needs to suspend web service or adjust service function due to the system maintenance or upgrade, LetWechat will send notice on the website in advance as far as possible. If any one of the following situations occurs, LetWechat has the right to unilaterally extend the withdrawal period to 3 months at most, to interrupt or stop providing services to users, and to keep the recharged, consumed money or income without giving notification to the user.
• The information data provided by the user are false;
• The user has fraud, illegal operation during executing platform task;
• The user violates the rules specified in the terms of service;
• The user uses the platform for business purpose without the permission from LetWechat;
• The user develops the similar products with commercial competition to LetWechat;
• The user coerces and slanders the LetWechat platform in any way, infringing the rights and interests of the LetWechat platform;
• WeMedia users actively develop customer resources provided by the LetWechat platform, and make transactions beyond the LetWechat platform;
• Users as advertisers actively develop WeMedia resources provided by the LetWechat platform, and make transactions beyond the LetWechat platform;
• Any violation of the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to Application Criterion in Article 7 of this agreement.

X. Improvement and Modification of the Terms of Service

LetWechat has the right to improve and modify the terms of service from time to time according to the development of the Internet and the changes of the relevant laws and regulations of People's Republic of China. LetWechat reserves the right to modify service terms at any time. It is necessary for users to carefully read and confirm the up-to-date service terms during using the platform. When any relevant disputes occur, please refer to our latest terms of service.

XI. Special Agreement

If there is any violation of state laws and regulations or infringement of any third party’s legitimate rights and interests in the user’s behavior when enjoying the service, LetWechat has the right to directly delete such information and suspend or cease to provide service to the user. If using this service for any illegal or infringing activity, the users should take full responsibility alone; the user also is responsible for full compensation of any losses to LetWechat or to any third party due to such activity.

XII. Miscellaneous

The conclusion, execution, explanation and solution of disputes of this term of users shall be applicable to the laws of People's Republic of China. If the user has any dispute about the agreement content or execution, please negotiate with us in a friendly way as far as possible; if the negotiation fails, either party can file a lawsuit to the People's Court in the local place where LetWechat locates. If we do not perform or enforce any right or provision of this service agreement, it does not mean that we give up such above-mentioned rights. If any of the provisions in the user terms fully or partially is invalid or has no executive force, the rest of the terms should still be valid and binding.
